By accessing or using Launchabl ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Launchabl is a curated discovery platform showcasing AI projects, tools, and applications. We aggregate and present project information sourced from public repositories, community submissions, and editorial curation. The Platform is provided for informational and discovery purposes.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. By doing so, you agree to:

  • — Provide accurate and current information
  • — Maintain the security of your account
  • — Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • — Not share your account credentials with others

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your likes, saves, and profile data will be removed from our systems.

4. PROJECT SUBMISSIONS

Users may submit AI projects for consideration on the Platform. By submitting a project, you confirm that:

  • — You have the right to submit and represent the project
  • — The project information you provide is accurate and not misleading
  • — The project does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
  • — The project does not contain malicious code, harmful content, or deceptive functionality
  • — You consent to Launchabl displaying, describing, and linking to the project

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission at our discretion without notice or explanation. Submission does not guarantee publication.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • — Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
  • — Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures
  • — Submit spam, duplicate, or low-quality content
  • — Impersonate any person or entity
  • — Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • — Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Launchabl — including but not limited to design, layout, code, and editorial copy — is owned by or licensed to Launchabl. Project information displayed belongs to their respective creators. We do not claim ownership over submitted projects.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform links to third-party websites and projects. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Visiting linked projects is at your own risk.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that project information will be accurate or up to date. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or functionality of any listed projects.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launchabl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any project discovered through it.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
